Full Nomination The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Community Health Leaders (CHL) honors 10 outstanding and largely unrecognized individuals each year who have overcome daunting odds to expand access to health care and social services to underserved populations in communities across the United States. The CHL award aims to elevate the work of these unsung heroes through enhanced recognition, technical assistance and Leadership development opportunities.
The selection process consists of two stages, the first being the brief nomination and the second the full nomination. If you have submitted a brief nomination and have been notified that it has progressed to the next stage of the process, you may complete a full nomination by following the instructions included here (PDF).
