Nominate a Leader Thank you for your interest in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Community Health Leaders award. The deadline to nominate leaders for 2010 is now closed. Please check back later for information about how to nominate a 2011 Community Health Leader.
As background, the nomination process includes 2 steps. Please carefully review the criteria in the Call for Nominations (CFN) before you begin the nomination process. It is important to be sure the person you are considering is eligible for nomination. The CFN can be reviewed at http://www.rwjf.org/applications/solicited/cfp.jsp?ID=20902
You will have another opportunity to check your nominee’s eligibility at the beginning of the [Brief Nomination] online form should you decide to continue. Your responses to the series of questions on that form will help you to determine your nominee’s eligibility.
The Process
Stage 1: Brief Nomination The nominator must submit a Brief Nomination which describes how the prospective CHL inspires him/her and others. The nomination should highlight a significant example of the candidate’s leadership, and describe their program or service.
Please contact the national program office if you are unable to submit the Brief Nomination online.
Stage 2: Full Nomination A select number of nominators will be invited to submit full nominations for their candidates. Instructions for completing the nomination requirements will accompany the acceptance notifications.
