Cronin's ability to build coalitions and aggressively seek out every available resource brought medical, educational and support programs, and specialized housing to people at risk of HIV and people with AIDS, including young prostitutes, runaways and other community members overlooked by current AIDS support services.

Michael is now President of Health Synergies, Inc., a consulting firm that assists non-profits in program and resource development.
